At Ubiforge Software Solutions we are passionate about providing high quality software at affordable prices. In line with this goal we strive to continuously publish updates to our software and investigate new way to improve our after sales service and support.
We have just released the latest version of the PhoenixRS Hotel Management System, version 22.214.171.124. In this latest release we have included minor bug fixes and we also introduced some exciting new features, such as the support for Local Area Networks (LAN) – this means that you can now manage your establishment from multiple computers within your network. We have also enhanced the flexibility of the user interface by allowing customization of the appearance.
In recent updates we have also added the following features: a notification dialog which notifies the user of outstanding tasks, such as pending guest check-outs, printing of financial and occupancy reports, allowing for Tax Exempt expense items and a room availability checker. We have also greatly improved the overall performance of the software (load time of dialogs, guest searching, etc).

Managing guests, expenses, rooms and invoices is made easy via the user friendly Ribbon Toolbar. The software will also generate invoices and confirmation faxes for you.
